Value Study Drawings

1. Describe your overall thoughts on the final piece. I think that my final peice turned out pretty good.

2. If this was a group project, what was your contribution? N/A

3. How successful do you feel this piece is and why? Somewhat sucessful since I'm not a very good artist and this peice turned out better then expected.

4. What worked about this project? What didn’t work? I liked that we could talk to people next to us and ask them for their opinion and I also liked working with oil pastels because they were easier and more fun then drawing with a pencil. I didn't like that we had a substitute for two of the days because we didn't learn anything for those days.

5. If you were to do this project over again, what changes would you consider making? Maybe taking more time practicing before doing the final.

6. What was the most difficult part about completing this piece and why? I would say the most difficult part was having imited time since we probably could have learned and practiced more if we had more time.

7. What did you learn from this piece? How to shade and create value when drawing or using oil pastels.
